Cancellations & Refund Policy

The web portal www.bungalows.lk will apply the following cancellation and refunds policy for its services.

  • For all bookings 50% of the booking value will be considered as Non Refundable
  • If a cancellation request is received Seven (7) Calendar Days Prior to the date of arrival, the customer will receive the balance 50% refund.  Example: If the date of arrival is 1st December and the cancellation request is made on or before 23rd November, 50% of the booking value will be refunded to the customer
  • No Refunds will be made for cancellations requests made less than 7 Calendar Days Prior to the date of arrival. Example: If the date of arrival is 1st December and the cancellation request is made after the 23rd November, No Refunds will be made
  • No Refunds will be made in the event guest does not utilize their reservation (No-Show) or fail to cancel prior to the stipulated time period
  • Full Refund will be made in the event the respective Bungalow Property is unable to accommodate guests due to circumstances beyond their control such as natural disasters, damage to property. Every effort will be made to inform the clients/guests of such situations in advance.
  • A Processing Fee of 2% of the Total Reservation Value will be charged by www.bungalows.lk  and deducted from the refundable amount for all cancellations eligible for refunds initiated by the customer.
  • For cancellations, customers are requested to call www.bungalows.lk  and follow up with an Email request through the online form as noted in the "Contact Us" section.
